A client of our parent company, Hot Mustard, Hard Yakka came to us wanting to bring their ordering process into the 21st century! Prior to building their new site, customers were simply ordering their workwear by fax or phone.
Yakka have a long relationship with their clients and know their specific preferences and needs. We were able to incorporate the personal Yakka service into their site by creating a customised page for each and every customer. Once the client logs into the site, all they can see is their specific collection of workwear, in the specific sizes they require.
We have also used cutting edge technology to update the page as the client chooses their items. This means there's no need to refresh the page - they have an instant tally of what they're ordering.
Because of the variety of Yakka customers, we have also adapted a payment system to the preferences of each customer - from online credit card payment, to an invoice system.
Yakka have complete site management through the Umbraco CMS system so they are able to update content, client preferences, clothing styles, and add special offers.
