1: Define

Once we've met with a client, shared a flat white and got the caffeine flowing, we sit down to clarify and define the site goals, set up the overall structure, and define the content.
2: Plan
Now we have a good idea of what you want to achieve, we'll write up a scope document and present some creative ideas. This outlines specific content, technical specifications, timelines, and delivery schedules for the project. Once completed, we present this in detail for approval. We believe in the old adage 'do it right from the start' - proper planning and organisation from the get-go is essential in creating an effective site.
3: Create
This is where our creative geniuses get involved with the website design. Site templates and artwork are drawn up, navigation is applied and the visual style starts to take shape. We also perform usability testing on how the final site will work. For example, does it function well and achieve the desired goals.
4: Construct
Ah, the geeks' domain. (They don't mind us calling them that, because they love what they do.) Templates are cut, databases are built, code is applied and copious amounts of caffeine are consumed. Once completed, the site is put through vigorous testing to make sure it is efficient, relevant, and achieving its targeted goals.
5: Deliver
Once the production stage is complete, we sit down with you and present the finished product for review. We deliver any necessary documentation (such as user guides), perform any training and if required initiate any support contracts. It's important to us that you're confident and comfortable using and maintaining your site, so we make ourselves available both at the time of, and after the site launch, not only to address any issues, but to answer any questions you may have.
