How do you get 15-19 year olds interested in the dairy industry? Simple - talk to them in mediums they understand. This resulted in one of our most holistic campaigns including TV, print, radio, viral, online, live billboards and a major web component. This campaign generated massive PR attention.
A second phase of our recruitment campaign focused on how the dairy industry could "rescue" young kiwis from a stink job and showcased all the career possibilities available to them. The campaign spanned all media with the website including profiles of young people who have successfully joined the Dairy industry, giveaways and interactive games along with useful and persuasive content.
