Our app design process

When it comes to app design we believe that collaboration will achieve the best outcome. We adopt a visually-based process to enable all stakeholders to be involved from the start. This ensures we are getting feedback at an early stage when it is economical to make any necessary changes.

Step 1

Discovery

With a sound understanding of business processes and the ability to work from a blank sheet of paper, we can help guide you through this critical stage. From workshops with key stakeholders and interviews with users, to user journey mapping and establishing a MVP (minimum viable proposition).

Step 2

Wireframe

Bringing ideas to life in a visual format early in the process makes sharing and collaborating with key stakeholders easy. Our experienced UX designers and analysts will bring your ideas to life in an interactive wireframe.

Step 3

Design Prototype

In some situations, it is beneficial to prepare a design prototype. This provides a definitive design for your app and functionality that can be shared with stakeholders for final approval, as well as being useful as a design guide for development.
